About Me

I have around 5–6 years of cross-border, cross-industry work experience, with core competencies spanning five areas: planning, project management, operations, risk control and customer service. That covers the full cycle from project conception and launch operations to cross-department collaboration, and I am practiced at applying data-driven thinking and decision-making under pressure to real-world situations in different industries.
The experience below was built mainly in the gaming industry. What I am looking for now is not the next job in the same industry, but collaboration and job opportunities that bring this workflow — from planning to launch, then refining with data — into other industries.
From gameplay rules and numerical design to a clickable prototype, all produced hands-on, across slot, instant-win and coin-pusher mechanics.
Have led teams of up to 4 and made real-time calls on live broadcasts where there is no second take — managing process, people and the unexpected all at once.
Plan platform campaigns around a data feedback loop: watch how retention and returning users shift after launch, then refine the design of the next one.
Two years of front-line Japanese customer support built an instinct for risk — knowing where user disputes come from and heading them off at the planning stage.
Introduced a data-driven feedback loop for platform campaigns, lifting user retention by 10%. Also coordinated overseas live-streaming events featuring Japanese performers, responsible for on-site run-of-show control and accompanying the performers as their liaison.

Led the development planning of 3 games: a slot game, a scratch-card revamp and a coin pusher.

Raised the success rate of outreach calls to high-value players, and their post-return conversion rate, by 5%.

Online customer support for the Japanese market, on the front line communicating directly with Japanese-speaking users.

Internship at a Japanese animation studio, taking part in production scheduling and cross-team coordination.
