ライブハシゴLiveHashigo

Effective date: October 1, 2026

The Japanese version of this policy is authoritative; this English version is a translation. If they differ, the Japanese version prevails.

This policy is provided by Jun Lin (the "developer"), the developer of the iOS app "ライブハシゴ" (LiveHashigo, the "app"), and explains how the app handles user information.

Account

The app has no account, registration or sign-in feature.

Plans you enter

The plans you enter (date, time, venue name, performers) are stored only in a database on your device and are never uploaded to the developer's servers; the developer does not run any servers of its own.

Voice input

The app uses the microphone and speech recognition permissions only to let you enter plans by speaking.

Speech is recognized on the device, and recordings are never sent over the network.

If your device does not support offline Japanese recognition, voice input fails with an explanation; the app does not switch to cloud recognition.

You can turn these permissions off at any time in iOS Settings; you can still enter plans by text or with cards.

AI mode

AI mode uses the Apple Intelligence model on your device (Foundation Models) and is processed on the device; nothing is sent to the developer or any other third party.

Location

Location is obtained only while the app is in use (in the foreground). The app does not obtain location in the background and does not ask for "Always" access.

Apple Maps services

To show maps, calculate routes and travel times, and find places from venue names, the app sends your current location or venue coordinates and venue names to Apple's map services (MapKit). This data is handled by Apple; the developer does not receive it.

When you tap "Apple マップで開く" (Open in Apple Maps), the starting point (your current location) and the destination are passed to Apple's Maps app.

Update checks (Expo)

The app uses Expo's online update service (EAS Update). When you open the app, it asks Expo's servers whether a newer version of the code is available; the request includes the operating system, the app's runtime version, and an identifier that is randomly generated for each installation and is not tied to you personally.

If the app was force-closed by an error the previous time, an error message of up to 1024 characters is also sent.

This identifier is not derived from your hardware or any account, and it changes if you delete and reinstall the app.

How Expo handles data

Ads, tracking and analytics

The app shows no ads, does no tracking, does not use the IDFA, and never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

The app uses no analytics tools and includes no third-party crash reporting service; crash reports are provided by Apple only when you agree to share them with the developer.

Diagnostic logs

Diagnostic logs inside the app are written only on your device and are never sent automatically; they leave the device only if you tap "Share" on the diagnostics screen yourself.

Information the app does not collect

The app does not collect contacts, photos, health or payment information, and has no in-app purchases.

The app's configuration includes a usage description for Motion & Fitness, but the app does not access this data; it is listed only because a component used by the location feature requires it.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes all data in the app. The current version has no separate in-app "erase all data" feature.
